Perhaps one of the most difficult challenges we face when mentoring trainee teachers is addressing unsatisfactory performance. As mentors and colleagues this can be a difficult situation to manage.
Here at UCLan we believe that in the same way it ‘takes a village to raise a child,’ we believe it takes a department to raise a teacher.
